RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not offer returns for refunds under any circumstances. Once your exchange request has been accepted by our team, you can ship the item to us. Once your order reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality check, and upon approval, your exchange will be processed. Estimated delivery for all exchanged products is between 7-10 working days. If an exchange in size or color cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, we will offer you the option to exchange for another product or issue store credit. Store credits are valid for 60 days and are non-refundable.

Please ensure products are returned in the same condition as shipped. Items that are returned in poor condition or appear worn will not be eligible for exchange. No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can exchange the product(s) purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy the following mandatory conditions:

  • The product has not been worn, washed, cleaned, or tampered with by you.

  • The brand tags, original packaging material, and any accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded.

  • The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.

  • The exchange is being initiated against the order under which it was bought, and the product matches our records.

  • There is no foul odor, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the product.

  • Products bought as a set must be exchanged as the complete set.

  • Products returned for exchange should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in saleable condition.

  • We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

  • Exchange of purchased products is facilitated through our reverse logistics partners.

  • We reserve the right to reject the exchange request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
